Rodney Alcala, one of the most infamous serial killers in U. history, would eventually be arrested and sentenced to death in 1980 for the murder of 12-year-old Robin Samsoe.(He remains in prison in California.) I wanted this film to be good because I know that the writer/director worked for about nine years to get this film made. Suddenly, the story line stopped as they cut to another Andy scene, and then started again.
